  • How long before my order ships?

    Orders take 7 business days to process and ship. Please note: business days are Monday-Friday, and excludes national holidays. Please note: During large sales processing and shipping times will be extended. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order.

  • Can I receive a refund for an item I don’t want anymore?

    Due to hygiene purposes, all sales are final. If you received and item that is damaged, you have 24 hrs from the time of delivery to contact us with a picture of the damaged item. We will be happy to exchange the item if still in stock, or exchange for another item of equal value if the item is no longer in stock.

  • Double check your shipping address!

    When placing orders please ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are correct. We do not cover additional shipping fees for packages returned to our office. If your order is shipped back to us with a wrong or incomplete address given by the customer. Then additional shipping charges will occur to have the package reshipped to the correct address, or a store credit can be applied to your account.

  • Can my order be picked up?

    If you are local sure! orders can be picked up if you are located in the Rhode Island area! there is a selection at check out.

  • My package was stolen, lost, or never delivered.

    We know things happen, but please keep in mind once your item is given to the mail carrier it is no longer in our care. If you are having an issue locating your package, please contact your local mail carrier with your tracking number. Please note that sometimes a carrier will scan a package as delivered and it will actually be delivered the next day.

  • Are your products cruelty free?

    All products are 100% cruelty free! We love the animals here!

  • Are all ingredients safe for cosmetic use?

    - In the US the FDA currently has not approved use of any synthetic Glitter (sold by any company) for use around the eye area as they consider Glitter a color additive that is not yet listed on their list of approved color additives. Please use these products with care and caution.

  • I have questions about a product.

    No problem! we are always here to help! feel free to reach out to me via social media or email and i will do my best to assist and answer all questions!

  • Are your bleached tees washed after bleaching?

    Absolutely, all bleached tees are washed in free and clear detergent and downy Softener. Washing is very important and Necessary for all bleached tees.

    Please remember that all items are unisex sizing unless specified otherwise. when ordering bleached tees please be mindful that these are handmade and the bleach pattern will vary. some colors may vary from yellow, tan, orange, pink, white, and gray. these variances are due to sunlight, the type of fabric, and oxygen. Please be advised when ordering.

  • Current t shirt/hoodies turn around time

Currently turn around time for t shirts/hoodies is 7-14 days. This will vary due to holiday etc. this is simply because i am one person and the only one creating, marketing, promoting, and shipping these items. if needed for a certain time please order accordingly.
